Please contact us with your specific model type and problem description before submitting an RMA to ensure Gremark can adequately repair your product.

    Rates: Repair rates for all makes and models of terminals start at $50 per unit, plus parts. You will be contacted prior to parts replacement so you can decide if the repair is cost-effective. Gremark will not dispose of the unit. If you decide not to proceed with a repair, a $25 diagnostic fee is applicable. Volume discount rates apply.

    Shipping: All terminals will be returned ground (except Alaska and Hawaii). If one or two day return service is requested, the customer will need to provide Gremark a UPS, Federal Express or Airborne / DHL account number.

If you plan to ship your product to us for repair, the following information will be needed, via fax (630-705-1011) or scan/email (gremark@gtiservice.com)):

  • Company Name
  • Point of Contact (POC)
  • Address, City, State, Zip
  • Phone and Fax Numbers
  • E-Mail Address
  • Manufacturer, Model Type and Serial Number
  • Proof of Purchase / Invoice
  • Problem Description / Failures
