All products will be returned ground (except Alaska and Hawaii). If one or two day return service is requested, the customer will need to provide Gremark a UPS, Federal Express or Airborne / DHL account number. If you are local to our office, you will be contacted when your product is ready to be picked up.

When sending in product for repair, please submit an RMA form or provide the aforementioned information with the unit.

Warranty: If the unit is deemed manufacturer warranty, contact GTI Customer Service Department directly to inquire about shipping / handling conditions.

Out-of-warranty: Properly pack and insure your product if sending via carrier. Please supply your preferred shipping vendor, as well as account number.
