Numbers in red follow the production year code above. Keyboards have a 2-year manufacturer warranty from date of production year, then week, with a few weeks allowance for shipping. Proof of purchase can also be provided for warranty claim.

Voided warranties: if it is determined there is abuse by the customer to the keyboard, the warranty is void and any repairs are billable to the customer. Examples of abuse consist of:   bent or missing cable pins, cut / crimped / torn cable casing, missing keycaps, internal liquid damage of any kind, unauthorized customer modifications, nothing electrically wrong with the unit (NTF), etc. If the keyboard has not been programmed properly, a diagnostic fee will be assessed. Typical examples of programming related issues are:

  • All lights blink
  • Credit card swipe not reading credit card numbers correctly
  • Number pad not working
  • Every other letter works
  • A particular row of keys (vertical or horizontal) is not working
  • Dead
