Gremark can provide repair on most consumer electronic equipment. We are authorized through numerous manufacturers, each requiring specific requirements to determine warranty status. Please contact the manufacturer prior to sending product to us for repair to verify your warranty. You may be issued a case number and/or verification of warranty status for your product. Always remember to obtain the name of the person you spoke with from the manufacturer in case of a discrepancy between all parties.

Gremark prides itself on our technical staff, factory trained through numerous manufacturers and specializing in component-level and whole unit repairs for all types of product, i.e., LCD / CRT and televideo monitors, point of sale (POS) keyboards, laptops/notebooks, plasmas, projectors, power supplies, circuit boards, camcorders, DVD / VCR combos, etc. Our technicians have the capability to reverse engineer to specific repair requirements. Once repaired, all products are sent through quality control for final evaluation, cleaned, retested and shipped. Refurbished units are returned in like-new condition (except power cords).

Once warranty status has been confirmed, contact us at 630-705-0900 with any questions or simply complete and submit the Request RMA form to send your product to us for repair.

If you plan to ship your product to us for repair, the following information will be needed, via fax 630-705-1011 or scan/email gremark@gtiservice.com:

    • Point of Contact (POC)
    • Address, City, State, Zip
    • Phone and Fax Numbers
    • E-Mail Address
    • Manufacturer, Model Type and Serial Number
    • Proof of Purchase / Invoice, if warranty
    • Problem Description / Failures
